Our specialisation is widely understood penal law ( including economic penal law, penal revenue law, crimes of strictly criminal nature, “road crimes,” as well as offences)

Moreover, the following are in the scope of our activity:

 

  Maciej Bartnik Chambers with the seat in Cracow provides comprehensive legal services and legal advice in English and also cooperates with the Chambers with the seat on the territory of Italy. If it is recommended, we cooperate with the translators of English, Italian, German and French.

If a case requires it, we are ready to devote the appropriate amount of time to familiarize ourselves with the peculiarity of your activity (in case of the economic cases) or to become acquainted with the suitable range of knowledge, or to use the support of private experts (in case of criminal cases).
 

 

   
   Maciej Bartnik, Advocate

       Maciej Bartnik, Advocate is a member of the Regional Chamber of Advocates in Cracow. He is a graduate of the Department of Law and Administration, the specialty of Law at the Jagiellonian University. He had a defence of his master’s dissertation in the scope of computer crimes under the supervision of  Prof. Zbigniew Ćwiąkalski. He graduated from the School of International Economic and Commercial Law – Columbus School of Law, the Catholic University of America in Washington, the Jagiellonian University. He was a scholarship holder at the Department of Law at Tilburg University in Holland.
